I noticed it happened after I did a complete wipe and install of 4.2.7.1. I then used the CM upgrader and did another install on top of it. It went away. Then I did the 10mb memory hack, it started up again. So i did another CM updater install and it stopped again. Guess you guys could try that, don't know if it will help.
